Dock Seals Dynamics

Wedge Cut Profile - Reduces the Size of the Door Opening for Air Tight Seal

With the use of a wedge cut foam pad we can offer foam seals on doors as large as 10'0" wide. In order for a seal to be 100% effective the door width must be closed down to 7'6". With a wedge cut pad this is easily obtainable. Why take the chance on exposing the wood backboard when you can now use foam?

Dock Seal Diagram
Wedge type backing is flush with door jamb. Seal portion extending into door opening is resilient when hit.
